Patricia (Pat) McLagan is an experienced and well-known change agent – helping individuals and organizations adapt to, thrive in, and be ready for major changes as they occur.
In her 50 years of consulting and writing, she has
- worked with top leaders and in the trenches on difficult changes in large complex businesses, government agencies, and universities
- conducted and published research providing new perspectives on leadership and change
- worked and lived for two decades in South Africa during its changes to democracy
- built and sold a business
- authored 6 books and many published articles
- received the top awards from professional organizations
She has an advanced degree in Adult Education and Human Development, and an Honorary Professorship in Human Resource Management
